Ebay seller question

I am considering making a bid on a property listed on ebay. The seller handling the transaction is "The transfer group". I am wondering if anyone has heard of them, or has had experience dealing with them. Thanks for any feedback.

No experience buying. Though I was following a couple of their auctions and requested that they send me the estoppels, which they did. However, they didn't respond to any of my questions I sent back to them about it.

I have purchased from them and had no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I have bid on what they have offered lately but just not successful yet
