I've noticed "free closing" will usually get three exclamation points, all current use year points gets two exclamation points, and high demand resorts (independent of mfs) get one exclamation point.

I've been watching a lot of auctions and it seems the starting bid on the mid to larger contracts is higher even as the final selling price of contracts (all else being equal) is trending lower, with a lot of relusting from sellers who did it catch the minimum bid. Is this the period of denial that proceeds a turn lower?

Also I see a trend to try and capture mfs at the exact time transfers seem to be taking longer and adding uncertainty to the buyer.

I'm done for now, having hit my million plus points at about 5.49 mf for about 4k out of pocket I took ten contracts and I might have been better with one big one, but my plan was to diversify against raise in mfs and be able to cost free unload a bit at a time as I start traveling less. Anyway have followed a lot of auctions and I think I can say that the premium for larger contacts of CWP at low mfs has gone up a bit, but the smaller contracts offset and then some. I never considered CWA so no real sense of that, but the rest seems, on whole, downward.
