We can not go on this trip due to other issues. This resort is 15 minutes from Bend, Oregon and all that's happening there. The unit is large with a king sized bed and full kitchen....sit on the deck and let the deer say hello. The area is fantastic with Mt Hood nearby for world class adventures or enjoy miles of trails and a golf course at your doorstep...Oh don't forget the river that runs through it...wish I had my fly rod.

Oregon is now the new area for Californians tired of being priced out of the home market. Plenty of nice houses priced under $200,000 abound in Redmond along with just about every service you need. There is a regional airport that looks great from the golf course nearby (best rates in town) and there are all kinds of microbrewery and all kinds of wine tasting places as well.

Go to Portland about two and a half hours North if you want to supplement your stay and drive the forest between the cities but watch your speed. Venture to Mt Hood for skiing or trekking along the way....about 25 mins out of your way but what a view.

This turns out to be a Getaway that I purchased from RCI so I cannot rent it.....I will give it away if I have to to satisfy their rules....do not want to see it go to waste...call me to discuss.
