I did a spreadsheet with multiple tabs as reference and dates reminder for different systems (RCI Weeks & Points, Bluegreen Vacations, Disney Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Club Wyndham, WorldMark The Club, II Weeks & Club Interval Gold & Preferred Points, Diamond Resorts THE Club & Embarc, Hyatt Residence Club Weeks, Marriott's Vacation Club Weeks & Destination Points, Shell Vacations Club, Vistana Signature Experiences StarOption & Sheraton FlexOption)

The spreadsheet includes many important milestones of each system relative to today.

The spreadsheet includes a pseudo-graphical timeline of booking periods of each system.

The spreadsheet includes a calendar per system with different color indicating, as per today, in which booking period each date of the calendar are.

The spreadsheet includes many links of each system for infos.

The spreadsheet includes all II TDI charts.

I posted the link to the spreadsheet in a DRI thread (http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/index.php?threads/timeshare-reference-spreadsheet.256474/) to have all replies at the same place.
Please don't reply in this thread but in the DRI thread (the link I provided above). Thanks

Thanks for you feedback.

PS: If you have infos/dates/links (see DRI_Club tabs for examples) that I can add to the spreadsheet, send me the info, I will add it and I will add your TUG avatar name to the contributors list

Hope that TUG's admins will not delete this post because it is a duplicated post (I tried to reach all TUG members of all systems).

This is a picture of the spreadsheet (DRI_Club system)

On the DVC tab, you've listed 60 days as "Last Minute Getaway Booking at DVC Resorts"

That reads, to me, as if a DVC owner could get discounted booking w/in the DVC system. Instead, the 60-day offer is a temporary 2017 perk used for RCI exchanges. Until the end of this year, a DVC member booking an exchange through RCI for travel w/in 60-days will pay fewer points than normal for that trade.

I'll try to find the exact wording from the DVC members site and copy/paste it here.

Here is the exact wording from the DVC membersite on Last Minute Exchanges under 30 days from travel, not 60-days. The the offer expires at the end of the current month. Hardly worth showing on your spreadsheet??

DVC member site said:
Save on Last-Minute Getaways
For a limited time, Members can take advantage of reduced point values—by 30% or more—for reservations made within 30 days of travel (based on availability).

Members may book these reduced-point, last-minute reservations between April 4, 2017 and June 30, 2017—valid for travel within the next 30 days. For example, a reservation made on April 4, 2017 could include a check-in date as late as May 4, 2017. A reservation made on June 30, 2017 could include a check-in date as late July 29, 2017.

Both nightly and weekly reservations are available through this special offer—which includes all eligible RCI resorts with the exception of those in The Registry Collection.

Also a note: DVC allows check-in any day of the week. Showing the check-in matrix of Fri/Sat/Sun might be a bit confusing to getting their first look at DVC?

Edited to add: Same comment for WM. Thx

I will add a note in almost all systems because this is true for most of them. I show calendars with only Fri, Sat and Sun to save on space and they are in general the most popular check-in.
For the 60 days, I took the info here https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/vacation-planning/resort-availability-stays/
but I have no idea what it is. Let me know if I must remove it or not.
Thanks

Ah, thanks for that link. There is nothing magical about the 60-day window for DVC. That is DVC marketing speak for "Look what is still available!!" There is truly nothing special about 60-days for DVC members. The reference should likely be dropped from your spreadsheet? Thank you!

Excellent. I removed it.
You are already in the contributors list. So, no need to add you.
If you see something else, let me know.
Thanks.
