I own unit 311 which is connected to 312 which is also one of the Ocean front ones. 313/314 was the one destroyed by fire and it took them quite a while to find a contractor with an estimate to fix that was less than 50% of the value. I don't think they have finished rebuilding yet but they may have. The buildings are grandfathered in closer to the ocean than new buildings can be so if the building was declared a loss they would have had to build farther back.
This was the quick review from last July of my unit that my TUG renter gave me.
"The carport was to tight of a turn to get our Toyota Tundra into. The door near the carport had a tile floor and washer and dryer. Steps go to the middle floor with three bed rooms and two baths. The master bedroom had a king bed, sliding door to a private deck and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Middle bedroom had 2 twin beds, the 3rd bedroom had a double bed and they shared a full bathroom. The 3rd floor had a living room with a great view of the ocean, dining room, kitchen, full bath and a spiral stair case that goes to an open loft with a full bed. The unit was built in the 80's and the interior looks like it, the carpet could use cleaning. There are a lot of steps in the unit. "
With that said they enjoyed the week and would have rented it again from me this year if I wasn't planing on using for myself.
