There is an excellent resource showing prices paid and right of first refusal (ROFR) by Hyatt developed by our Hyatt expert, Kal. He's just added Kaanapali to the resorts drop down list- so if you've purchased in Kaanapali resale you could help everyone by entering date, price etc. The report doesn't give names, just dates, prices and if Hyatt did opted to take the unit.
