CWA Maintenance/Program Fees

Does every CWA contract have the same fee rate per 1,000 points?
In other words, if I am shopping a CWA contract, do I need to bother comparing maintenance fees or will it always be the same rate (per 1,000 points) for every contract?

The MF rate will always be the same. The only variations may be for small contracts (less than 231k points) when the minimum program fee kicks in.
