Recently bought another resale contract with credit pooled points in it, as I have before with no issues. It was processed by Wyndham a few months ago.
Logged in today, notice that all the pooled points simply disappeared.
Called up Owner Care, talked to "Erica", who told me under no uncertain terms that credit pooled points don't transfer to the new owner. They've apparently been doing reviews of resale transfers lately & eliminating any "mistakes" of new owners "accidentally" getting non-regular-use points into their accounts.
I asked her where do the points go, as the old owner clearly doesn't have access to them. She simply said they just don't exist any more.
