Can anyone tell me what exactly is a club Wyndham plus assessment? After looking at my account I see both my contract which includes maintenance fee but also an additional assessment for 96.60 monthly??

While the maintenance fee and program fees are shown as yearly totals, the assessment usually indicates what your monthly payment is that corresponds to those yearly amounts.
