Hello all. I am thinking about bidding on a Club Intrawest points sale on eBay. The listing says that the property is subject to Right Of First Refusal. Has anyone had any experience with Diamond and the ROFR on the Club Intrawest points sales? Just curious whether or not this even has a chance of closing. Thanks!
