I have an RCI exchange at Cliffs Club (May5-12) that I am going to have to cancel. Can I give it to someone and ask them to pay for the exchange fees only, or will RCI frown on that?

You may want to check out the Sightings forum for specific advice on this topic--it's posted as a 'Sticky.'
At one time, an RCI advisor on the forum (no longer participating) said it's ok to let someone have your exchange for just the exchange fee--but you don't want to make a business of it as your membership & exchanges could get cancelled.
