Located about 20 minutes off L.V Strip. Quiet, relaxing, family type resort. 2 BR, 2 BA, Fixed week #49 (First week in December). If you are a member of RCI you will receive 20 TPU's for this week if deposited. I have traded to many nice resorts using Cliffs @ Peace Canyon. Or trade into Cliffs for another time of the year - Spring, Fall, Summer. So much to do in Vegas and you are only a 15 minute drive to Red Rock Canyon or the Red Rock Casino from this resort. The resort has free shuttle to the Strip and also to Freemont Street (downtown old Las Vegas). There is shopping and restaurants near by. Vegas is not only for gambling there are so many more thing to see and do. Hoover Dam, Lake Meade, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire and of course ~ The Strip if you do want to gamble. This week is free and clear. No mortgage, no leans and Maintenance fee for 2017 has been paid. I can reserve a week in 2017 for you using a gift certificate, which I will pay that fee too. This resort is a Gold Crown and is also a sister resort to the Grandview over by Southpoint. Cliffs has a year-round heated pool, an exercise room and an outdoor fire pit. Its really a nice place!!

My daughter and SIL used this resort as a base to go to Red Rock Canyon. They loved staying there.

Also when you use the tpu's from the Cliffs at Peach Canyon (or any Vacation Village affiliate) to exchange into another affilate through RCI, the exchange fee is $149 vs the normal $230. Here is a list of the resorts:

Gib57 This should answer your question regarding the exchange within Vacation Village Resorts: This has the info as well as the resorts: http://www.internalexchange.net/ As far as exchanging to another week you would have to call 12 - 9 months before you want to make your request. Vacation Village will make your reservation for the Resort you want if it is available. I have never had a problem doing that. Just be sure to call as soon as your know a definite date you decide to go. Hope this info. helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
