Owner Bonus Nights
12 Bonus nights per year per unit owned.
Guest restrictions and week restrictions may apply.
Owners may book 1 or 3 bedroom and may book other seasons than their own. Bonus Nights may be booked 30 days in advance of arrival date. Bonus nights may be used by the owners and their immediate families. Immediate family, determined by the Board of Directors, is father and mother, son and daughter.
Bonus nights are not allowed during Gold weeks.
Winter Weeks: 1-14 and 50 (Restrictions may apply during weeks 7-12)
1 Bedroom: $60.00 Sunday through Thursday nights
$80.00 Friday and Saturday Nights
3 Bedroom: $110.00 Sunday through Thursday nights
$130.00 Friday and Saturday nights
Spring, Summer and Fall Weeks (Restrictions may apply during weeks 26-27)
1 Bedroom: $50.00 per night
3 Bedroom: $90.00 per night
l Bonus nights are taxed at 4.4%
Extended Family: add $10.00 to a 1B and $20.00 to a 3B. (Includes grandchildren, brothers and sisters)

Exchange Programs
Owners may become members of RCI or II and create greater flexibility on when and where they use their exchange week. Owners may deposit their week and have up to 3 years to exchange domestically or internationally.
Christie Lodge Internal Exchange Program:
Weeks may be deposited into the exchange program from 14 days to 360 days prior to arrival. Banked weeks are available for booking up to two years. Reservations are based on internal exchange week availability on a first come first service basis. If the week being requested is unavailable the request is placed on a pending availability status. Fees are due upon reservation booking, refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival.
