Cancelled rooms at GC and SI

I just cancelled a few reservations for check in today at GC and ST. Week long reservations. My account being locked caused me not to be able to cancel these at 15 days. Hopefully someone on here can use them. Good for an upgrade as well.

Do I understand correctly you lost points because of your account was locked and couldn't cancel at the 15 day point?

I would definitely take that up with Wyndham so you can get your points returned

I sent Wyndham an e-mail about it. I could not get anyone to answer the 1-877 number where I am sure Wyndham would have restored the points at the regular number I did not expect the VC to be able to do that nor had the time. I cancelled the reservations any ways the day of check in in hopes someone could use them.

Ot of the 8 reservations at least parts of all have ben quick after a quick search.

I always thought Wyndham should offer an incentive to cancel even within 15 days to check in.

RV, SI, DC today for a week. PA 4 beds for tomorrow as well as SI.
