Joined TUG '96, Wyndham Grand Palms AKA, Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, 3 bed lockout.
my daughter was in Tahoe last week and said there was tons of snow at squaw valley. they are looking at going to at least july 4th or mid july depending on temps.. WOW...

HGVC Elite: SeaWorld, Surf Club, Charter Club, Valdoro
Arapahoe Basin ski resort in Colorado has tentatively set their closing date for July 11th this year. Most years it is in June, sometimes July. The latest closing date has been August 10th in 1995.
