Hoping to get a 3 BR villa at Boardwalk for the last week in June, home resort SSR, so can only request 7 mos. out. Any idea of chances if I call the day it is 7 mos. before?

I own at BWV, I think the chances are slim. But I wish you luck and will be curious to see the results.

There are only like 7 of them so I wouldn't hold out much hope but you never know.

As I recall from working MS a long time ago, there are 6 total GV's at BWalk.

Dahntahn, my rec is for you to secure a GV at your home resort 11 months out so that if you are not able to book a GV at BW you will at least have a lovely GV for your group. I agree that it is unlikely that you will be able to snag a GV at BW in busy summer (school's out, so very busy) season, but it never hurts to try! :D And I would certainly get on the W/L immediately at 7 months if you cannot book. And hang onto that SSR GV in the meantime. Good luck!

I just checked DVCnews and it is 7.

Seems I learn something new every day. :) Thanks, Dean. :thumbup:

Because I definitely remembered 6 as being the number I actually checked with BW Ops. As Dean said there are indeed 7 total, but one is ADA/Handicapped accessible with roll-in shower. 2 of the "regular" GV's are 2-story and the remainder are one level.
