The timeshare is owned free and clear (no remaining loan).

Resort details
1 bedroom (king size bed with queen size couch pullout)- 1 bathroom

Per deed fixed unit (208), however any unit is given based on availability

Fixed week 4:
• 2016: January 23-29 (great time for skiing!)

Maintenance Fee: 2016 MF has been paid: $440.

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2016.

This resort is a gold crown resort, which means it has the highest trading power.

Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees with *LT Transfers

I Should note that I have deposited 2016 in my RCI account.. I will transfer the banked week to the purchaser

UPDATE: Up to 2017 maintenance fees have been paid! The new owner does not have to pay anything until November 2017!

If interested I can show the invoice from Tricom Management (Credit on account of $440)

How many points or TPU does this resort pull? I hear they allow pets? No payment til November 2017? PM me with details?
