Dear Members,

Eleven days after Hurricane Irma made landfall in the middle Keys, our resort management, and many of our Associates, have returned to inspect their homes and the resort.

As expected, the resort experienced significant landscape and minor structural damage, however, we currently have our team on-site and cleanup efforts are underway. This week a professional restoration company will be inspecting for water intrusion and internal structural impact to the buildings.

Most importantly, all of our Associates are safe and are working diligently to reopen as quickly as possible.

We have extended the window to suspend near-term reservations and waive cancellation/reschedule fees for reservations through October 6, 2017. Our Club Services team will be contacting you if your reservation is affected. Should you wish to inquire about an upcoming reservation, please call +1 800.GO.HYATT or email www.keysrecovery.org.

Sincerely,
Derek Nelson
