How do you make a reservation at Wacky Wahoo prior to leaving the US?

Email the Marriott concierge and ask them to make the reservation for you

the only other option is to call them between 3pm and 5pm. pain in the butt.

They don't have an email or online reservation system.
Best to reserve there before leaving, because they book up, sometimes weeks in advance.

If you have a Smart Phone, download WhatsApp and call/text/email to Aruba, or anywhere else in the world provided the recipient has WhatsApp also. All you both need is a Wi-Fi connection. I speak w my Aruba business partner virtually daily...for free. WhatsApp is owned by Facebook.

We were there two years ago and used Kukoo Kunuko - they have a website - it was great people of all ages enjoyed it.
