Anyone use Tricom/Platinum Interchange Owner Rental Program to rent their Jockey Club unit?

I own a 1 BR mid-October week at the Jockey Club that I may not be able to use this year. I don't really want to be bothered with trying to rent it directly. Has anyone had success renting their unit through the Tricom Management / Platinum Interchange owner rental program, and been able to mostly or completely cover their maintenance fee?

I have let it rent out my 1 BR for the last three years and I usually net about $500 which covers my maintenance fee.

I asked Tricom to mail me a rental agreement. What I don't like is that the rental agreement states that I am still responsible for any damages that the renter does to the unit even though I am paying Tricom a 35% commission and that they are the ones that are finding a renter.
