I believe that Vacation Homes Only "them" is essentially "him"; i.e., I think that it's basically a one man operation.
The discussion forums on RedWeek are quite lame in quality and content compared to the TUG discussion forums, but in addition to the TUG thread links already provided above you can also find considerable discussion about (and even some direct input from) Preston Green over in the RedWeek discussion forums. It appears that Preston Green (dba Vacation Homes Only) is essentially someone who scours (trolls?) Internet timeshare ads on various sites ("for rent" and / or "want to rent") and then attempts to insert himself as a "middleman" for either an owner or a prospective tenant --- for a fee, of course.
I spoke with Green (for about 25 seconds) a few years ago. I instinctively disliked his style and I politely but promptly ended our conversation.
I'm not implying that Mr. Green is dishonest, merely that he is not someone with whom I would personally choose to do business. YMMV.
