I tried searching and didn't find anything. Is anyone familiar with, or have any experience (good or bad) with either the following:

Mat Greene
A Timeshare Broker Inc.
Winter Garden, FL

Vacation World Title
Boca Raton, FL

I'm selling my 20,000 BG points and have a few buyers interested, then I saw a listing in the Wanted section of the TUG classifieds. It was Mat Greene looking to buy BG points for a client. We agreed on a price but he wants to use Vacation World Title. I have always used Lt Transfers when selling a timeshare.

He hasn't asked for any money upfront and I know enough not to pay any, but I want to proceed cautiously. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

didnt think that BG points had any deed/title work involved? thought it was just a flat fee paid to bluegreen to transfer ownership?

maybe im confused...either way as a buyer...id certainly expect to be able to pick my own closing company if required...i dont see that as a huge red flag by itself.

Mat Greene and I have worked together for over three years. He is a as good as they get.

You do not need to worry about anything. There won't be any surprises.

Typically the buyer picks the closing company, as the buyer pays closing costs. Vacation World Title is owned by Angela Ward, Esq. She has been in the industry for many years and has closed many properties.

A Timeshare Broker is a brokerage company in business for about 20 years. Mat Greene works for A Timeshare Broker and has put together deals for institutional buyers to purchase (or just take) properties, often properties that prior to Mat's involvement, owners could not even give away. For the past 4 years, he has been working hard to get deals to assist owners in relieving themselves of their maintenance obligations.
