Maui Lea at Maui Hill

Since we own at Maui Hill we have a free membership with Trading Places Maui. They are the only company we ever give our Maui Hill week to and use them for all of our Maui trades. Currently we are looking for a week for March, 2018.
I got a call today saying they had a week for us, but it was just a one-bedroom. Normally that would be fine for dh and I, but he's invited his brother along next year. I asked if we could confirm that week, but keep looking. Answer was "Yes"!
So, I don't pay the trade fee until the trade is confirmed. I have a confirmed week, but they will keep looking for a larger unit. No additional fee will be required if/when a larger unit comes available.
Oh, and just to clarify, we own a three-bedroom so we are entitled to any size unit that comes up as long as we are willing to accept the smaller size (the one or two bedroom).
