Has anyone heard of either of these two companies (Allied Management Services or Malibu Event Management)? Both have recently offered to buy our Mexican timeshare. I don't find either one mentioned on TUG BBS. Both have very professional looking websites, but I know that they are easy to create. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

At some point in the process, they will ask you for money. They may call it a required title search, a tax requirement, document drafting, or whatever. They will tell you that it will be refunded in escrow.

If you pay them, you will never hear from them again.

This has scam written all over it. Run, don't walk, away from there people.
