A suggestion for new sellers.

Annual bills are being sent out, I got my first one yesterday, and many people will be trying to get rid of their units.

For those of you not familiar with TUG I suggest you look in the market place at the "BUY WISH ADS."

You can get to the market place by clicking on the button on the red bar at the top of this page.

By looking at the buy wish ads you will be able to see if anyone is looking for the unit you are trying to sell.

It may save you some work in trying to figure out how to go about selling your timeshare here.

If not, look at, and read the stickies on how to sell. There is a lot of good info there.

If you stay civilized you will get a lot of help from other members. If you get touchy in your replies, the help may disappear.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I just checked on TUG's Buy Wish ad page and there are only two listings there. Were you referring to another such Buy Wish site possibly?

When I look at the "Buy Wish Ads" box I click on the "All Buy Wishes" link and there are 83 ads. Or you can click on each area to see what's there. For example if you click on Hawaii, there are 13 ads that you can view.

There are also 9 "points" wish ads to view.

I know this isn't a lot compared to the number of units for sale out there in TS World but it is a start. I check it every day to see if someone is looking for one of the units I own.

For instance if you have a unit at Sheraton Desert Oasis to sell or give away you would go to the wish ads box and click on USA West and see the ads for people looking for this resort.
