a question about timeshare

Hello i have a timeshare and a rci account this year i have a question for a friend that i give it a week , but in the midle him ask me if its posible to left the resort early, and that another people use the rest of the week.

so i want to ask; this if posible? with owner or exchange weeks or not?

you can leave early, thats not a problem. But there is no organized market place for the leftover days... and remember there is no one to clean the place and change the sheets for the next person

I suppose you could arrange things so that on the day you are leaving, you give the key to a friend that is arriving...You will of course be responsible for any damage that they might do.. and you ought to advise the front desk

Having said that; I own weeks at one resort where I can split my week into 3 and 4 day stays so someone else can use the second half there

And of course there are points based timeshares where you can reserve just the days you want
