[2009] Resale database

I came across a thread that thanked someone who had been updating the resale database. Is this the one available to TUG members, or is there an independent database with the history of sales?

Just to note. This is not a sales history database as some items listed here may not have had the sale completed. Most would have though. It shows the status of ROFR requests. It is not the same as the TUG sales database.

There are a few users here who log the completed E-Bay auctions in the TUG sales database. I don't know if that is necessarily a good or bad thing, but it should be noted that not all completed auctions all have completed sales.

I believe that would be the TUG sales History database... but to be sure, do you have a link to that earlier thread?

I am not aware of an independent database with the history of sales that is referenced or used her on TUG. The ROFR database is indeed a great source of info though!!!

TUG has a TUG member's only TS resale database. But I'm sorry to say, It doesn't get a lot of entries.

You need to be a TUG Member. Then you can access the resort through the Resorts & Reviews section and then for each resort, there is an option on the left for 'Resale/Rental History.'

each resort review page has its own record of completed resale and rental history on it...its available along the left hand side menu bar on any review page.

there are actually a ton of marriott ones for many resorts...someone was inputting them regularly at one time!
