I would like to think that the Phase Two leadership is paying attention & following the vicarious example of Phase One.Sounds like that being a part of big brother has improved the overall operation of both resorts.
Phase I has its newish R.A.L.P.H. Building -- Repairs And Laundry Plus Housekeeping.CPGV - has their own set of BIG projects underway including their laundry / maintenance building

Will the new gazebo, when completed, be among the Phase I facilities that everybody gets to use while staying at either Phase I or Phase II ?The new gazebo has started to rise at the entrance to the recreation/picnic area at Cypress Pointe Resort.
