[2007] Any Experience with ebay seller sumday vacations?

We used them last year and everything went well. I was happy with them and would use them again.

Snag with SumDay timeshare on e-bay

The unit I purchased was listed as maintenance fees paid for 2012 and next fees due 2014 (even year use). I called the resort and they require fees every year to include your non use year. This in effect doubled the cost of ownership. I have request cancellation of purchase with fees refunded as this is significantly different then what was advertise. Will post how this process goes.
