New to site, want to sell immediately

hi, I am new to site and want to jump right in and find out how I can sell our timeshares quickly. [Resort details removed to prevent this from being a for sale ad, which is prohibited by forum rules.] What are my first steps? I can't wait around and am willing to be aggressive

First, check out the "Sticky" at the top of this forum on how to sell -- lots of good information there.

Second, be prepared to accept the reality that timeshares go for pennies on the dollar in resale vs. the price paid from the developer. I'm not familiar with the properties you mentioned, but many timeshares have to be given away in order to sell them.

If speed is really your main motivation, you'll have to give it away -- perhaps even pay for closing and maintenance costs.

Make sure you understand the difference between being a TUG BBS (forums) member which is free, and a TUG MarketPlace member which is $15 per year. The Market Place membership allows you to list TSs for sale and rent.

Sounds like you are looking to unload this really quickly. With that said, I would be very tempted to post this on eBay for a 7 day auction and with a starting price of $1.

Offer to pay closing costs as incentive to potential bidders and just maybe you'll get some bidders trying to take it off your hands.
