Your photos are beautiful, detailed and informative too. You had a lovely ocean view so could enjoy your balcony, I am sure. :) Thank you for sharing.

Thank you.
Yes, the view from Lanai was wonderful and my family enjoyed it.
We love Ocean Oak Resort, so we would like to stay again.

Your photos are awesome. Looks liked Marriott OceanWatch may have some competition in MB and Marriott GO on HHI.

Love the photos and they are very timely. We will be going to Ocean Oak for the first time in two weeks.

How long do photos stay in a flickr account? If they stay, I will add to our resort information sticky.

I heard that Marriott OceanWatch is also a great resort.
At first, I was thinking about staying for two weeks at Ocean22 and OceanWatch.
I searched in getaway and exchange, but the date was not matched and I gave up. :bawl:
Of course, I want to stay at the Marriott Resort of MB and HHI.
I'll do my best to search for II. ;)

Yes, we stayed at the 3BR in Ocean22
Try great room and oceanfront view. ;)

The resort information that you compiled was very helpful, because MB and HHI were the first places for us.
Thank you so much.
Please feel free to use it because there is not a posting period on Flickr.
I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
Enjoy your stay at Ocean Oak Resort.

The outside amenities are much nicer at Marriott in MB. I stood at Ocean 22, overall very nice but feels tightly packed, parking across the street, outdoor pool just average. I would definitely stay at Ocean 22 again but would pick the Marriott over it if I had a choice.

note if you upload them to the tug resort review page, they will remain forever (even if the flikr account is closed or removed) =)

Can you rent beach chairs/umbrellas at Ocean Oaks as you can at Ocean 22? What kind of an ocean view do you get from the side units? Your pictures were very helpful as well.

Thank you for your valuable opinion.
I’d like to stay at both and compare the room, facilities, and services.

I had missed the review page until now.
I have questions about uploading photos to the review page.

1. Are there rules such as size?
2. Are photos displayed in the order of upload?

Can you rent beach chairs/umbrellas at Ocean Oaks as you can at Ocean 22?

Both resorts don’t directly rent beach chairs and umbrellas.

Ocean22 by HGVC
Ocean22 introduces Lack's beach service.
You must contact about the rental fee.

Ocean Oak Resort by HGVC
The beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up on the beach are managed by the life guard company.

We rented at Riding Tigers Bike Rentals.

What kind of an ocean view do you get from the side units?

I stayed 3BR Plus (3BP) at Ocean22 and 2BR Premier (2BX) at Ocean Oak.
Both units are guaranteed ocean front view.
So I don’t know the view from the lanai of the side unit.
But I think that the view from the lanai of side unit posted on FB would be helpful to you as well. :)

The view from the window of the 2nd bedroom in my room is also posted on the album, so please refer to it. ;)

i think there is a size limit, but it should be something like 4 or 5megs (please let me know if you run into an error)

yes photos are displayed in the order they are uploaded except the default photo which always is displayed first.

How does parking work? Do they have a surface parking area or is parking located under the buildings at ground level?

I will try.

There are both parking lots.
There is a parking lots under the ground building on the back of the reception building.
The pink color of the property map is the parking lots.

There are about 50 parking lots under ground building, and about 20 parking lots in the surface parking area.
I didn't go to Additional Parking on the across the street, so I don't know.
